Rescheduling Policy

This policy lives alongside our Terms & Conditions and Participation Waiver — together they form the gentle framework of our studio practice.

3. Rescheduling

3.1 General

Each session may be rescheduled up to two times, provided the required notice is given.
All changes flow through our online booking system.

3.2 Notice periods

Group classes: 24 hours' notice allows us to offer your space to another.
Private or duo sessions: 24 hours' notice honours the dedicated time held for you.

3.3 Late cancellations & no-shows

Sessions not rescheduled within the required window are forfeited and not eligible for refund or credit.
This practice allows others the opportunity to step into the space you've held.

3.4 Exceptional circumstances

In truly exceptional moments, we may — at our discretion — offer an additional reschedule. Each situation is held uniquely, without precedent.

4. The Waitlist

4.1 Joining

When a class that you'd love to attend is full, send us a WhatsApp to be added to the waitlist.

4.2 Stepping in

Should space open, you will be notified up to 2 hours before class begins.
Once you've joined, our standard Rescheduling policy applies.
Please watch for notifications — they arrive via email and WhatsApp.

5. Arrival & The Studio

5.1 Doors open

Our doors welcome you 15 minutes before each class — time to arrive, breathe, and settle.

5.2 Arriving

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class.
Grip socks are required for your safety and may be purchased before the session should you not have your own.

5.3 Beginning

Classes begin promptly. For safety and flow, late arrivals may not be permitted to join once the session has started.

5.4 Booking

All sessions require advance booking through our online schedule. Walk-ins are not permitted.

Eastgate Lane, Bedfordview — the glass building on your left as you drive in. Park, take the stairs or lift to the second floor, and follow the signs for Terra & Motion.
